What is the difference between someone who lives his or her life with 'wealth consciousness' vs. someone
who lives with 'poverty consciousness'?
The fact is...
Success and Winning is a habit! Unfortunately so Is Mediocrity and Losing.
How you are right now is probably how you've been most of your life with regards to money...
If you commonly say, "I can't afford it today" chances are you've said that yesterday, last week, last month, last year and probably even 10 years ago...
I've discovered that Success is more than just the money we have in our pocket. It's a Mindset! It's awareness.
The good news is...It doesn't matter where you're at today. It matters where you want to go.
Over the years I've been fortunate to learn from some of the greatest minds in business, and
even better, personally mentored by people who've led by example while earning milli@ns
of dollars!
Here are a few things I've discovered in this Journey. We will break these down in more detail in short excerpts throughout the next few training Segments.
Some people that will read these will dismiss them as sweeping generalities or falsely believe
they know these principles.
There is one way to tell if you know these Principles... YOU use them consistently Everyday.
So while these keys may lack flair for the Dramatic, be assured they are time-tested
and proven. Apply them beginning immediately...

#2: Commit to SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
#3: Discipline Yourself to SAVE m@ney
#4: Look for RISK
#5: Become a PROBLEM seeker
#6: Do what you LOVE to do
#7: PATIENCE
#8: FOCUS on a Primary Income and then Diversify

#1 OWN your own business: Unless you're building equity in something you own- and have control in-
you're wasting your time.
A high-in.come earner with a high salary - let's say $100,000 is better off than a small business owner...
or are they?
Have you ever heard the statement that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer??
Today more than ever, there has been a separation of classes... the middle class is disappearing. A
dollar doesn't stretch like it used to.
Wealthy people have learned some secrets that aren't taught in our traditional education. In fact, what
I'm going to share with you in a moment could be Worth $250,000, $500,000 or even $ 1 million
Dollars or more to you... Do you realize we spent 14,000 hours in grade school and high school, not including college...
If we went to college, there were thousands of more hours and if you're like me, you didn't learn what
I'm going to share with you... and I guarantee you that the wealthy understand this strategy...
Own your own business not just for the freedom, control, Flexibility, etc... Own your own business because of the potential tax deductions.
A salaried employee earning $100,000 for example would likely be taxed on that entire amount, at about 45%. What That means is that roughly $45,000 would be gone for taxes!
That's ON.LY $55,000 we keep out of $100,000.
It's quite a commission to pay to anyone, isn't it?
A Business owner - on the other hand (if structured correctly- seek a professional tax advisor) who brings in $100,000 gets the luxury of writing off legitimate business expenses. So let's just say that the owner has $50,000 in expenses: things like business related travel, printing costs, business related meals, business related entertainment, clothing, advertising, equipment like computers, automobiles, telephone,
furniture, etc...
BTW... do you also have some expenses right now in some of these categories???
Do you realize that if you're operating a legitimate business some of these expenses could be possibly deducted from your gross in.come? (Seek professional counsel) Wealthy people have more...
More SPENDABLE INC0ME!
Why? This same business owner may have $50,000 in legitimate business expenses and then may ONLY be taxed on $50,000 instead of $100,000. It's the same income coming in, it's just the nature of how we're structured...
We have been taught for over 14,000 hours how to be a W-2 Employee...
Realize that there are other options...
